| 1. Written by HTQBob on September 7, 2011 I can honestly say that I have no idea who this person is. They also filed a complaint with the TN Dept of Consumer Affairs that I have already replied to. We have served millions of consumers over the years & this is the first time we've ever received a complaint like this. Anyone that reads this can send me an email using the two email addresses she says are "bogus" & in the subject line say: Test for Bob I promise, unless we get spammed with hundreds of emails, I will respond back or someone from my team will within 24 hours! We have been using the "zendesk" software for several years. One can check their excellent support product out at: zendesk.com Our toll free phone number is also on our site so if there are any problems, consumers can call us at: 800.820.2981 I don't know if the person above has any spyware on their computer or what. They must have come to our site via an affiliate of ours but without the name of the person, I cannot track down the lead to find out anything. I would Love to help but impossible without knowing the name on the lead. Finally, we are rated A+ with the Tennessee Better Business Bureau. We could NOT have that type of rating if we didn't take care of our customers. I hope this person finds the quality insurance they need.
